Can we pick up our order?

Yes, you're welcome to pick up your order either at our location 't Achterhuus, Ugchelen or in Limburg at Veerweg 18, Venray. Just let us know which location you prefer and we’ll make sure everything’s ready for you! Don't forget to ask us before you order, because we will give you a discount so you don't have to pay for shipping ;).
How long does it take to ship my order?

Since each item is 3D printed with care, we usually need 1–5 business days to prepare your order before shipping (but most of the time 2-3). Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you ever have questions or need it sooner, feel free to reach out, we’re happy to help!
