Return Policy; We’re here to help
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something’s not quite right, we’re happy to help. You can return items within 14 days of receiving them.
1. Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition; unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
2. How to start a return
- Email us at info@printshark.nl to request a return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

- Clear instructions on how and where to send your item

Important: Returns that are sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
3. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect when you receive it, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
4. Items that cannot be returned
We’re unable to accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized products (e.g. made-to-order items)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Used (incorrectly) items
If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, feel free to contact us, we’re happy to check.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or item? The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order. That way, you don’t have to wait for the return process to complete before getting what you need.
6. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@printshark.nl
7. EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.
Just make sure the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
